Saleem Mookada Aliyar

Founder & Chairman

Saleem Mookada Aliyar founded the company in 2006 with a simple but demanding promise: deliver work that is mumtaz — excellent. What began as a building cleaning and pest control operation in Sharjah grew, under his direction, into MUMTAZ Integrated Services Group, a multi-division company trusted by some of the UAE's most recognised names. Saleem's leadership philosophy centres on recognising real demand in the market and building disciplined operational systems to meet it — the same principle that took the company from its first residential pest control contract in Al Nahda to marine and offshore facility support across three emirates. He continues to set the standard for the integrity, reliability, and service quality that define every MUMTAZ division today.

Sahad Saleem

Executive Director

Sahad Saleem oversees strategic growth and client relationships across MUMTAZ's three divisions. With a focus on building long-term partnerships rather than one-off contracts, Sahad has been instrumental in expanding the group's footprint from Sharjah into Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and in formalising the integrated FM structure that today serves clients such as Landmark Group and GEMS Education. He works closely with operations teams to ensure every contract — from a single villa to a multi-building AMC — meets the same standard of documentation, compliance, and follow-through.

Sahil Saleem

Executive Director

Sahil Saleem leads operational excellence and service delivery, with particular focus on the Pest Control and Cleaning Crew divisions. He has driven the adoption of IPM (Integrated Pest Management) methodology across the company's pest control contracts and championed the training programmes that keep MUMTAZ's 100+ technicians certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards. Sahil also leads the marine and offshore service line — a capability few UAE facility companies offer — supporting dry dock, marine yard, and rig clients with specialised pest and cleaning programmes.

Sahar Said

Director of Operations

Sahar Said manages the day-to-day operational backbone of MUMTAZ — scheduling, manpower deployment, quality audits, and client reporting across all active sites. Her work ensures that whether a team is cleaning a Dubai Marina tower, servicing a villa in Arabian Ranches, or running a pest control round in an Abu Dhabi warehouse, the same MUMTAZ standard of documentation and follow-up applies. Sahar also oversees the onboarding and welfare of MUMTAZ's growing team of professionals, reinforcing the company's values of teamwork and community.
